VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Employee Assistance Program Services.  Proposals will be accepted until 4:45 PM, September 29, 2011.  Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered.

INVITATION FOR BIDS

ARMORED CAR SERVICE 11-286

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administrator, VIA Metropolitan Transit until 2:00 PM, September 30, 2011 to supply VIA with Armored Car Service for the period  November 1, 2011 through October 31, 2013.

A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 am, September 19, 2011 in the Procurement Bid Room, 1720 N. Flores Street, San Antonio, Texas.  All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Replacement Ramps for Transit Buses. Bids will be received by the Contracting Officer until 2:00 PM, October 17, 2011. At that time bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after that time will not be considered.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, September 20, 2011 in the Procurement Conference Room located at 1720 N. Flores, San Antonio, TX 78212.

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking proposals from responsible Contractors to supply two-hundred and three (203) Operator Seats for use in 1999 and 2001 year model North American Bus Industries (NABI) 40LFW-05 Transit Buses.  Proposals will be accepted until 4:45 PM, November 4, 2011.  Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered.
